Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using ShortsBite. By creating an account, accessing the platform, purchasing a package, or using any ShortsBite service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. About ShortsBite

ShortsBite is an AI-powered creative platform that provides tools and services for generating audio and other AI-assisted creative content.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of ShortsBite and its related services.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using ShortsBite, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use ShortsBite.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of ShortsBite.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account and to keep your account information reasonably up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities performed through your account.

If you believe that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you should contact ShortsBite promptly.

4. Email and Google Sign-In

ShortsBite may allow users to register or sign in using an email address and password or supported third-party authentication services such as Google Sign-In.

When using a third-party authentication service, your use of that authentication service may also be subject to the third party's terms and policies.

5. Free Usage

ShortsBite may provide limited free access or free generations to eligible users.

Free usage may be subject to limitations such as generation limits, character limits, feature restrictions, rate limits, or other restrictions specified by ShortsBite.

ShortsBite reserves the right to modify or discontinue free usage features at any time, subject to applicable law.

6. Paid Packages and Credits

ShortsBite may offer paid packages that provide users with credits or usage allowances for supported services.

Important: Purchased package credits are valid for 30 days from the applicable package activation or purchase date, as specified by ShortsBite.

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable package, unused credits expire when the applicable package validity period ends.

Credit Rollover

Where supported by ShortsBite, remaining credits from an active package may roll over when the user purchases a new eligible package before the existing package expires.

Rollover is subject to the applicable package rules and the ShortsBite credit system in effect at the time of purchase.

Credits associated with an expired package cannot be restored or used after their expiry unless ShortsBite expressly provides otherwise.

7. Digital Products and Refund Policy

ShortsBite packages and credits are digital products and digital services that are made available electronically.

All purchases of digital packages and credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Before purchasing a package, users should review the package description, pricing, included credits, limitations, and validity period carefully.

A separate Refund & Cancellation Policy may provide additional information regarding payments and refunds.

8. Payments

Payments for ShortsBite packages may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Razorpay or other supported payment services.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process your transaction.

ShortsBite is not responsible for failures caused by a user's bank, card issuer, payment provider, network, or other third-party payment infrastructure, although ShortsBite may assist with legitimate payment-related issues where reasonably possible.

9. AI-Generated Content

ShortsBite uses artificial intelligence and machine-learning technologies to provide certain features and generate content.

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, unique, complete, reliable, or suitable for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing, distributing, or otherwise using it.

ShortsBite does not guarantee that generated content will be free from errors, similarities to other generated content, unintended results, or third-party rights issues.

10. Rights to User Content

You retain the rights you have in content that you submit to ShortsBite, subject to applicable law and any rights belonging to third parties.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and consents required to submit, process, reproduce, transform, or otherwise use the content you provide to ShortsBite.

You must not submit content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights.

11. Use of AI-Generated Output

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use generated output produced through ShortsBite for lawful personal or commercial purposes permitted by the applicable service.

However, AI-generated output may not qualify for copyright or other intellectual-property protection in every jurisdiction. ShortsBite does not guarantee that you will obtain exclusive intellectual-property rights in any particular generated output.

Similar or substantially similar outputs may also be generated for other users.

You are responsible for determining whether your intended use of generated content complies with applicable laws, third-party rights, and the rules of the platform on which you publish or distribute the content.

12. AI Disclosure and Platform Rules

Where a third-party platform, service, law, regulation, or applicable policy requires disclosure that content was generated or assisted by artificial intelligence, you are responsible for making the required disclosure.

You must not falsely represent AI-generated content as entirely human-created where such representation would violate applicable law, platform rules, or applicable policies.

You are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, and disclosure requirements of platforms where you publish or use content generated through ShortsBite.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShortsBite shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from your use of the service.

This may include losses relating to business interruption, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, or reliance on AI-generated content.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of ShortsBite, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

ShortsBite may modify, update, add, remove, or discontinue features or services from time to time.

Changes may be necessary for security, technical improvements, legal compliance, third-party service changes, or product development.
